Let’s take a look at how we can upload documents into the My Pension Online service quickly and easily.
First, we need to log in to My Pension Online and click on the Dashboard. As we move down to the centre panel called ‘Documents and Forecasts’, we can see the option for ‘upload a document’.
Let’s click on that and now we’re on the page where can upload a document from the phone, tablet or computer we’re using.
Next, click Browse and navigate to where the files are saved and select one. You can only upload one file at a time.
Notice there are a few restrictions on the types of file we can upload up here. We need to make sure that any document we upload is under 10 megabytes or we’ll receive an error message.
In this example we’re uploading a sample of a driver’s licence in jpeg format.
Next, we need to select the category of document that we’re uploading. Let’s select the first option and then click upload. And that’s it done. Just repeat these steps to upload another document.
This message above in green confirms that our upload was successful, but we can also go to the document area of the dashboard and see that our document now appears there too.
Our team automatically receive a message when you upload documents. We’ll get in touch with you if we need anything else, so there’s no need to contact us.
And that’s how to upload documents quickly and easily into My Pensions Online.
