LPF has joined LAPFF, CCLA and investors with £1.6 trillion assets under management to call for UK’s largest listed companies to provide shareholder with the opportunity to vote on their climate strategy
As responsible investors, we expect companies to set out credible transition plans, that include Paris-aligned targets and detailed strategies for achieving those goals. Only a fifth of FTSE 100 companies (excluding investment trusts) have provided their investors with the opportunity to approve their climate plans.
